Disability Services & Advocacy, LLC (DS&A) is a trusted, statewide support coordination agency in New Jersey. We are approved by the NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) and proudly serve individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in all 21 counties.

Since 2003, we’ve helped over 1,000 individuals and families navigate New Jersey’s disability system. Our team specializes in person-centered planning, provider coordination, and Individualized Service Plan (ISP) development, all tailored to each person's unique goals and needs.
