Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from Accredited Program

• 1 year working with adults (age 18 and older) with ID/DD - (Parental Experience Counts)

• Opening 1 – Car needed to serve Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Passaic, Union counties for quarterly monitoring and meetings

• Opening 2 – Car needed to serve Hunterdon, Morris, Middlesex, Somerset & Warren for quarterly monitoring and meetings.
  
  
  Pay and Benefits

   Salary guaranteed at $40,000 until Case Load exceeds 29 consumers
   Thereafter, $114 for plan creation and $114/mo. for monitoring

   $41,040 – To manage 30 consumers

                   $54,720 – To manage 40 consumers

                   $68,400 – To manage 50 consumers
