INTRODUCTION

The N.J. State Administrative Code provides detail on the organization structure and procedures that govern the administering of services by state agencies.  The Department of Human Services, Division of Developmental Disabilities, is the primary state agency for the delivery of non-employment based services for the Developmentally Disabled.
